FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I started assembling and it all went wrong. Can I call you in?

Yes. Often it’s easier to take it apart and reassemble it properly than to patch it up. Send a photo and I’ll say what’s best.

I don’t have the manual. What do I do?

Give me the model and item number, or send a photo of each side of the box. I’ll find the manual from the maker or in my own archives.

Will you assemble furniture that isn’t from a store? (homemade, second-hand)

I will, but only after a photo. Sometimes parts are missing or there’s hidden damage — I want to assess it in advance.

How long does a PAX 236 cm take?

One section (no pull-out drawers) — 1.5–2 hours. Two sections — 3–4 hours. With pull-out drawers — +30 min per section.

What if the flat is on the 5th floor with no lift?

With a lift — no problem. Without a lift — a fixed surcharge of 20–50 € depending on the number of boxes and the weight. I’ll tell you in advance.
