There’s a minimum visit — then it’s by scope: the number of jobs, the wall type (concrete, brick, drywall) and materials.

I quote a fixed amount upfront from your list. The more jobs, the better the price per job.
What a typical visit looks like
A typical “Task list per visit” (€150–220):
- Adjusting kitchen fronts — €60
- Silicone around the sink — €40
- Replacing two handles — €30
- Mounting a shelf in the hallway — €40
- Replacing a soft-closer on one door — €60
= 5 jobs in 1.5 hours · €230 (rounded to €220).
The more jobs, the lower the price per job (the visit and time get spread out). From 5+ jobs, go with the Handyman day (from €280; a full day with 7–8 hours of work — €380).
